Work House was founded in 1999 from the vision of Alessandro Croxatto, shaped by a long-standing experience in the world of marble and ceramics.
Alessandro began his career over thirty years ago in an artisanal workshop, where daily work with stone fostered a deep, hands-on understanding of the material—its forms, its limits, and its potential.
This experience, combined with the ability to interpret the evolution of the industry and the demands of contemporary design, led to the creation of a company capable of uniting tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and technical design, attention to detail and a clear project vision.
Our headquarters are located in one of Italy’s most significant areas for shipbuilding and ceramic production.
This is not merely a geographical position, but a cultural one: a place where the dialogue between materials, craftsmanship and architecture has deep roots.
For Work House, this context naturally fostered the development of a strong specialization in naval design and high-end residential interiors—sectors in which attention to detail and surface quality are essential.
